We live in an age of pure technology. Everything we do involves a gadget; we can't function on a daily basis, we can't do simple tasks without touching a laptop, iPhone or iPad. We are the generation of technology and cell phones and computers and the internet.

I'd be lying if I said I couldn't make a move without my iPhone. If I move from my bed to my desk, I take it with me. If I walk into my kitchen, my phone is in my hand. It's always been like that and it's a true problem.

With all the technology we have, social media comes directly into play. We're addicted, we are a generation of Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and all their other friends. Social media is the new way to  communicate, the new way to be constantly in touch with our friends and other people we don't know. When you're constantly checking Twitter or looking at people's pictures on Instagram, it can cause a sense of anxiety that you're missing out on something.

I wrote an article in my school newspaper this year about FOMO and social media that you can read here but I realized that FOMO is not the only thing that should be a concern to our generation.

I've come to see that a lot of people have social media anxiety. There are so many variations of social media anxiety, which according to some articles on The Huffington Post is on it's way to be diagnosed as an actual disorder.

Whether you get stressed out seeing the boy you like tweet at someone, are jealous of all the fabulous bloggers you follow, or are disappointed that your Instagram picture didn't get 30 likes. There are so many different ways to be stressed out about social media and I don't think I realized how bad the problem is until I started to experience some of the symptoms myself.

Being home over this break is taking it's toll on me. I've been obsessing over social media and even though sometimes it makes me feel better, I've seen that it does stress me out.

I think the best thing to do is remember that social media is a depiction of how people want you to believe their life is. No one is perfect and just because their Instagram photos are flawless doesn't mean life behind closed doors is. Just because the boy you like follows some girl on Twitter doesn't mean they're going to get married. Social media is all clouds and mirrors and it's something that our generation needs to get a grip on, including myself.

Social Media Anxiety is something that is truly interesting and it shows us how truly life changing technology has been.

Do you experience Social Media Anxiety? Tell me in the comments!

One of the major parts of a the sorority and Greek life experience is the sense of sisterhood and family that comes along with it.

When you go through the new member education of your sorority and become an official sister, you will learn that most chapters have family trees. Within those family trees, you will have a niece, an aunt, or a cousin.

With all those family relationships, there is one that is MAJOR. Your big and your little.

If you are around sorority girls at any given moment, you will probably hear them mention the love they have for their amazing big and incredible little. I know I have two amazing ladies in my life who I have the honor of calling my big and my little.

A sorority brings a big and a little and with that comes gifts...lots and lots of gifts. It could be a painted picture frame or a piece of jewelry, either way you are showered with gifts from your big/little.

There is one little company that has truly captured that relationship you have with your big and little. They have a great line up of products that you could buy to show your big or little how much they mean to you.

Little Problems is a company that I was once a campus representative for; Lauren created the company to focus on something else other than her boyfriend's deployment in the military. She rounded up the best sorority girls out there to create something truly special.

Little Problems has a line of decals and koozies that are dubbed with sayings such as "Little Gets What Little Wants", "Big Knows Best" and "Like Big, Like Little."

I bought my little a koozie that says "Little Gets What Little Wants" and she adored it! It's great quality product and sure to put a smile on any sorority girl's face.

It's not only a company that sells great products but a twitter account that literally tweets about #LITTLEPROBLEMS.

When I grow up, I wanna be classy, sassy, and absolutely damn fabulous just like my Big

you mess with my Little. Then you're dead.
People are always telling me, "You're definitely your Big's Little."

The unique thing about Little Problems is that some of the proceeds from your order will go toward the Wounded Warriors Project, helping injured military personnel.

Little Problems is such a special company that does so much for others while giving us sorority gals great products to love!

Check them out on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.

1. What is currently on your wish-list?

My birthday is November 30th and I'm pestering my mom to get me an iPAD so that's definitely on my wish-list.

I also really want the Patagonia Fleece Pullover

2. What is the new Fall TV show that is on your DVR?

I've been super busy this fall but the one show I fell in love with is NBC's "The New Normal". It's brilliant and hysterical. It's so different from anything on television with a gay couple having a baby through a surrogate. It's funny, offensive, and touching all at the same time. It's amazing!

3. Share your Social Media links for you to follow and explain your favorite one.

My favorite is definitely twitter; I don't go an hour without checking twitter. I love being constantly updated on everything and everyone. I was one of the first people I know to use twitter and I'm addicted. I want to tweet everything about my life and I want to hear everything everyone else has to say. I love it!

4. What is a TV show, movie, or song you could watch or listen to and never get sick of (feel free to name more than one): Gilmore Girls, Gossip Girl, One Tree Hill, Grease, Dirty Dancing, Sweet Home Alabama, The Notebook, any Taylor Swift song, I Don't Wanna Miss a Thing by AeroSmith..there's a bunch more
