Happy Thanksgiving | 2018

Happy Thanksgiving! It's time for my favorite holiday and the official kick-off to the holiday season! I hope you all have a wonderful holiday with your loved ones; enjoy your delicious food and family time, and prep yourself for some shopping tomorrow!

This year has been a strange one and I have a lot to be thankful for. And for the 6th year in a row, I am so thankful for all of you who read Royally Pink! Thank you for making me a writer and for staying with me all these years. I love blogging and I never thought I could do it for this long. It's so fun and without you, none of it would be possible.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I am so thankful for so many things this year: a great job, my friends, family, my health, and everything in between!

It is my favorite day of the year for so many reasons: food, family, the fall weather, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, my birthday in a few days, Black Friday & Cyber Monday-- the list goes on and on!



I'm currently sitting on my couch, snuggled under a blanket, watching the parade on television. There are candles burning, I made Pumpkin Spice coffee & cinnamon rolls for breakfast -- it really is the perfect morning!

Later on today I'll be heading to my aunt's house with my dad's family and I can't wait to dive into all the food! Along with the traditional Thanksgiving meal, I'm Italian and we always have a few extra goodies on the table, like antipasti and fresh mozzarella -- oh I cannot wait!

Here is what I'll be wearing later - I always love dressing for Thanksgiving because you can be comfortable and fashionable at the same time. Jeggings anyone? I need some extra wiggle room for all the turkey!


Stay tuned for tomorrow when I post all the Black Friday & Cyber Monday sales I'll be shopping :)

Happy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I hope you have a lovely day with your friends and family. Forget the diets and go to nom town on all your favorites.

I seriously love Thanksgiving—it's my favorite holiday, probably even more than Christmas. There is something about a holiday dedicated to eating that I just love. (HAHA)

I also think that I love Thanksgiving because my birthday is always right around the corner so I always get presents and a cake on Thanksgiving as well. (#special)

Plus, who doesn't love the Macy's Thanksgiving Parade, gravy with mashed potatoes, and cozy fall clothes?

I am so thankful all year long but the holidays really bring it out in all of us, doesn't it?

Between my friends, family, sorority sisters, my health, education, and career, (and all you reading this!) there is so much to be thankful for. Sometimes when I'm really stressed or anxious about life, I fail to look at the bigger picture. I have so much in my life that is good and positive and so much to be thankful for and today's one of those days when I realize it.



No matter what, life is good and the holidays are a great time to reflect on all the happiness you have right in front of you.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to all my lovely readers :) I am so thankful for all of you and your support for the past year and a half.

Thankful for:

// my family; without them, I would be completely lost and hopeless. 

// my education; there are so many people out there, especially young girls who will never have the joy of sitting in a classroom learning about the world around them. School is not fun sometimes but don't take it for granted.

// my friends; they are my rock, my drive and the reason that I wake up happy everyday. 

// my sorority; they are my family forever and always. I have learned more about myself through Phi Sig than I ever could've imagine. I am who I am because of my sisters.

// my health; I've been very, very lucky to be graced with good health. Let's hope it forever stays that way (and hopefully I didn't just jinx myself)

// shopping; retail therapy is my favorite thing in the world and the reason I cry when I look at my bank account.

// books and reading; my imagination is enriched every single time I crack open a new book, whether it's printed or digital, reading is my favorite pastime and the reason for my inspiration

// the internet; the computer has been my lifeline since I was eight years old. I want to build my career around the internet and the digital age. Without it, where would any of us be?

// Lilly Pulitzer, J.Crew, Kate Spade; it may sound silly but my favorite name brands give me inspiration and fill me with joy. They are fabulous.

// Royally Pink; this blog has taken me to places I never thought possible. It's my little safe haven and I love every single second of it!

I am obviously thankful for SO much more than these things, including the fact that I am able to wake up every single day with a wonderful life. 

I hope you all have an amazing holiday and get ready to shop those Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, I know I will :)
