The theme of Olive & June's Spring 2022 was on-brand with Bridgerton and the entire grand millennial vibe. I have been thoroughly enjoying that aesthetic and I couldn't pass up the chance to add to my collection.

I am slowly but surely replacing all of my nail polish to be Olive & June because I don't think anything compares to this polish formula. I feel as if it's better than Essie and OPI combined; they are easy to apply, aren't patchy, and don't bleed onto your cuticles. I also think they dry a lot faster and smudge less than other brands.

Also, the fact that Olive & June has everything you need for the ultimate at-home manicure (or pedicure) is really nice. There is no guessing game with them and I'm just obsessed with everything about this brand.

That being said, the first polish I picked up from the collection and have fallen in love with is "You're Invited" which is a beautiful lilac color.

It is not too bright, like Essie's 'Playdate', and not too dull or sheer. It is a perfect spring and summer color that doesn't scream neon but is a little more elegant and classy. That is the vibe I have been going for lately, elegant and timeless. I don't want a nail color that stands out too much but still has a little personality.

That is exactly what "You're Invited" is and I love it! Just like the other Olive & June polishes I have, this beautiful purple shade went on very easily and neatly. There was no bleeding, no clumps, and very opaque after two coats. It was a dream to apply and dried very nicely.

I used my Olive & June Nail Strengthener as a base coat and topped it with the Glossy Top Coat and Quick Dry Drops. With that, my nails dried extremely quickly and it was at least four days before they chipped which is impressive for me.

It's safe to say that this shade will be in rotation all spring and summer long and I will love every second of it.

What's on your nails this Monday?
xoxo
