I'm not going to get political on you, but if you saw my blog yesterday (the inspirational quote, not the book review).
The book review was published because when I went to sleep on Tuesday November 8th (after forcing myself to do so), I didn't think I'd wake up in a world where a hateful man was president of my country.
The book review was published because when I went to sleep on Tuesday November 8th (after forcing myself to do so), I didn't think I'd wake up in a world where a hateful man was president of my country.
I cried a lot on Wednesday, and just felt truly defeated. I'm by no means a hardcore feminist or political guru, but I felt scared and sad.
I know a lot of you felt like that too, and I know we're going to get through it.
For now though, I don't have the mental strength or desire to write a beauty or fashion blog post. Maybe tomorrow, but not on Wednesday November 9th, 2016 or Thursday November 10th.
Just too soon, not today.
