It's something so simple. It's a phrase that we have been hearing since before we could understand what it truly meant.
The Best Is Yet To Come
I've been telling myself that for the past few years and I've gotten sick of hearing it. I've gotten sick of living my life by this phrase because nothing was coming. The 'best' seemed to have lost my address and wasn't planning on making an arrival any time soon.
I was so tired of watching everyone else go on with their lives, all these amazing things happening to them and I was just standing still.
That is, until everything seemed to fall into place. A series of events, recently, kind of made me feel that everything isn't always what it seems and the bad stuff won't always last forever.
I'm still waiting for a lot of good stuff to happen to me but I think I'm on the right track. So I think I have fully encompassed this saying, the best IS yet to come, even if you don't think it is.
