Here is it, folks! Christmas is here and the year is almost over. It's incredible how fast time flies, and how things change within a year's time. The way my life looks the same but also so different now versus 365 days ago is both scary, sad and incredible. However, that is a post for next week... today is all about Santa coming to town!
I'm really excited for Christmas, even if it doesn't feel like Christmas. I think a lot of people are struggling with it not feeling like the season of giving and I can't quite put my finger on why that is. I'm glad I'm not alone though.
I've been sitting by my Christmas tree, watching Christmas movies and specials all month long but I don't feel that fire of coziness inside of me. I'm not sure what it is but it's sad... however, I'm faking it until I make it and making the best of everything.
Tomorrow for Christmas Eve, I'll be going to dinner with my family and then on Christmas Day, I'll be home for the first time in years. I'm really excited about it and it's going to be really fun. I'm also off from work until January 4th which feels so far yet also, like not enough time.

However, today is going to be busy because I need to bake up a storm! I'm making so many different things for Christmas Eve and Day so be sure to follow along on Instagram.

Pink Positivity of the Week
I got my new Macbook Air in Midnight and I'm obsessed! It's so sleek, slightly bigger than the other Macbook and even though there isn't much difference in the tech, I am in love with it.
Another positive is also that work was super slow yet rewarding this week; a lot of people were already on holiday vacation so there were minimal emails and meetings, but I was able to get a lot done and that felt like a win.
