Happy Friday! It was a solid week that went a little fast, which I'm happy about since it's a long weekend! I'm laying low this weekend, getting my booster on Sunday, and then doing reading, writing, and working out the rest of the days.
I went to the doctor's last week for my physical, got a ton of blood work done, and then got that back this week... I have a slight gluten intolerance along with really high cholesterol so that sent me into a spiral. I'm going to have to make some big changes and I've already started, I just need to stick with them.
Going gluten-free isn't that big of a deal; my dad had celiac so I grew up around gluten-free food. It's so funny because back in the late 90s, there was only one type of pasta and one type of cookie that was gluten-free and as the world caught up, my dad was able to eat more food. It was so exciting for him to be able to eat all his favorite foods again.
Once I get the hang of these new things and make a little health plan for myself I'll do a post. I owe you a WW update as well!
Now that I've gone on a tangent, let's get into the post.
Pink Positivity of the Week
I finally felt more productive this week; I was coming off of a cold and felt like I was coming down to earth. I did have an anxiety attack or two but I was able to get myself out of it. I was more present, focused, and got work done and that's all I've been wanting.
