This was a hard week, which is why this post is coming on Saturday. My mental health seems to have taken a turn, but I'm also PMSing and coming off of birth control *TMI* so I don't know what it is. Work was stressful and I hit a breaking point of true burnout... and I don't really know where to go from here.
I'm very thankful that it's the weekend and last night I slept 11 hours, which I clearly needed. My body just needed a reset but even now, I woke up feeling super anxious and foggy. I'm just at a loss and I hate feeling this way.
The good thing is that it's the weekend, I'm going to see a friend tonight, and then tomorrow I can just try to get my life in order. I need to do a lot of things and I think that is probably stressing me out too. God, I need help LOL.

Pink Positivity of the Week
One of the things making me anxious this week was the fact that I had to do an Instagram live for work. I can film content with the best of them but go live on Instagram, and for work, felt very scary and I was having a breakdown. I was going to see if I could skip it but decided to face my fear. My therapist always tells me that I need to stop running from my anxiety and go through it so I did and I'm so proud of myself!
