Happy June! Happy halfway through 2023! The year is flying by and I need for it to slow down. Maybe it will... I need to try to pause time as much as possible.
Today is my first Summer Friday and I am so excited for this season of extra days off. I've been needing a weekday off to run errands, have time for myself and do the things that I love so I'm thrilled that it's the summer.
I'm planning on having a chill day of going to Trader Joes, getting a manicure and pedicure, and content creation. I'm very excited for a full day, alone and dedicated to me. The weekend will bring a little more slowness and some time with friends. It's going to be a good one!

Pink Positivity of the Week
I got out of the house this week and went into the office, even when it was really difficult and I'm proud of myself. Being in the in-office routine is very helpful in keeping my mood level; it's also fun to be with co-workers and be in Manhattan.
