This was a lighter week than normal on the blog and I'm a little disappointed in myself. I had posts planned and my calendar keeps moving, mostly due to time constraints, other freelance work I've picked up, and I just couldn't get myself to write. It's definitely a goal of mine for this month *and this year in general* to be better about batch writing blog posts so I have them for the week. I used to do that when I was commuting to work but the pandemic has made me a little lazy.
Now that that is out of the way... happy December! I'm writing this sitting by my Christmas tree, watching Youtube Vlogmas, and have my Fresh Balsm candle burning from Bath & Body Works. Earlier today, I went to Target and bought so many holidays treats, it just put me in the spirit! I can't wait to watch Christmas movies tonight.
This week was a solid week; my birthday was really nice. I had an easy, calm day where I was mostly alone but then had dinner with my family & my sister ordered a Milkbar cake, which was delicious. Work was busy but quiet and that's the best kind of week. Last night I went to dinner with my family for my mom's birthday and that was enjoyable too. It was just a good week and I felt good.
