Royal Round Up, Vol 4: Week 28

Happy Friday! In one week I will be in Mexico and I simply cannot wait. I haven't been on vacation in seven years and haven't been on a plane in over four. This is a much-needed trip and I can't wait to celebrate my friends' wedding there aka it's a destination wedding but my friends and I are going early + staying a few days later.

Things were tough this week --I was still battling some weird leftover anxiety from the weekend.

On the 4th of July, I had a massive panic attack (multiple attacks if I'm being honest) and I couldn't get it together to go to my friend's house. I ended up going for a two-hour walk by myself, doing a little retail therapy at Target, and treated myself to some Coldstone ice cream. After I got my act together, it was honestly a pretty great day. I had a wonderful day by myself, enjoying nature, spending a little money, and being productive.

My mental health hasn't been the greatest lately, which I think I mentioned before, and I'm definitely working on it... eventually, I'll talk about it here because I love being open about my struggles and how I handle them.

All of that being said, I'm spending the weekend packing, organizing, relaxing, and resetting before I jet off on Friday!

Let's get into it!

Pink Positivity of the Week

I have to say that I really enjoyed my day on Sunday. It was amazing to be alone and be content with the decision to spend the 4th of July by myself instead of regretting it and having FOMO. Granted it was all a result of a panic attack but I turned it around really wonderfully and it was definitely a highlight.
