I can't believe there are only 30 more days in 2021. The year truly flew by and I feel like it was just January! It's so strange how as you get older, time goes by more quickly. It feels so unfair and it makes me sad... but I'm still happy to say hello to December!

But before I dive into all the holiday cheer, we need to properly wrap up the month of November. I did too much shopping this month. I got a bonus at work so I wanted to treat myself, and then there were just so many good cyber week deals... I really shopped till I dropped so there's a ton of stuff that I fell in love with.

I will definitely be taking a shopping break this month aside from the last few gifts I have to buy...and some Stoney Clover, of course. But now, let's get into everything I loved this month!

Stoney Clover Scrunch Handbag

When we got word that Stoney Clover was releasing their first true handbag, I was ecstatic and I knew I had to have one. Well, I obviously purchased one and am truly obsessed. The Scrunch Handbag was included in the Seeing Stars collection and comes in three velvet colors. I chose the shade "Sunburst" which is, of course, pink, and I have been using it nonstop. The bag looks a little smaller than it does in photos, but it also fits a surprising amount of items. I think it's the perfect everyday bag because you can fit pretty much everything you need.

I also love that it fits in the crook of your arm... it has the look of a shoulder bag but doesn't actually fit over your shoulder. You might also think that having a pink velvet bag is impractical but I love it! It goes with a surprising amount of looks and is just adorable. I definitely recommend picking one up if you feel like you need a new, smaller everyday bag... it's just too cute!

Bombas Socks

This is not a new favorite but definitely one that I have been enjoying more than ever. I first discovered Bombas socks two Christmases ago (I think it was two...) and they are now the only socks I wear. They live up to the hype they have -- they are very comfortable and feel unlike anything else I've worn on my feet. They are tight and thick, hug your feet in all the right areas and just feel incredible on your feet! It's such a weird thing to be excited about -- socks, of all things! But I just refuse to wear anything else. I wear Bombas with my sneakers when I got to the gym, around the house, with boots, and even to sleep... yes, sometimes I wear socks to sleep!

I have only ever worn the ankle socks but I just discovered they have no-show socks and calf socks! My aunt recently bought me the Disney calf sock pack for my birthday and they are so cute! They would be great with knee-high boots, or just to lounge in.

Yes, $12 for one pair of socks is expensive but I promise you, they are worth every cent. They also hold up incredibly well - I've had pairs for at least two years and they look brand new. You can't go wrong with an investment piece!

LoveShackFancy

I definitely think I need to do an entire post just about my love of LoveShackFancy but boy oh boy did they sucker me in this month! I've been admiring the brand for a few years now and recently have fallen victim to the idea of spending money on their very expensive clothes. I treated myself to my first LSF dress over the summer and I was officially hooked.

Their latest fall and winter collections and campaigns are so beautiful and aspirational, I can't get enough! It was then that I knew I needed something to wear during the cold weather... I decided that instead of buying a handbag or cardholder or another designer accessory with a bit of my bonus money, I would buy something LSF.

I decided on this sweater and was able to score it for over $100 off. I am so excited to cozy up in it! It's neutral yet still has a bit of that LoveShack touch so it's wearable; it's also not as itchy as it looks, in fact, it's not itchy at all, it's very soft and cozy. When LSF started their Cyber Week sale, I decided that I needed something else too! I picked up this sweatshirt that I had been eyeing for months and it's so freaking soft! I wish I would've sized up but it still fits and is still so nice and cozy.

Antonio Melani x Nicola Bathieu Elizabeth Flats

I have never heard of Antonio Melani or Nicola Bathieu before, and I have never shopped at Dillard's before... but when all of these things came together for a beautiful, luxurious, feminine collection I could not resist. I saw a few people on Instagram and TikTok posting about the collection and when I saw these shoes, I knew I had to have them. They were sold out but came back in stock a few weeks later and I have never purchased anything so fast.

They are the most beautiful, luxurious shoes I own... and I love that they're flat so I can wear them pretty much anytime and anywhere. The Mary Jane style is something I haven't worn a ton but these are very comfortable - the leather is like butter and the crystal laden strap doesn't hurt my feet. I have the taupe color and have been looking for any excuse to wear them.

If you need a good pair of flats that are a little dressier than your average shoe, I highly recommend them!

What did you love in the month of November?

My 2nd favorite month is ending this week and we're going out with a bang; Thanksgiving on Thursday and my birthday on Saturday! I'm turning 27 years old and then the decade ends in just a month after. It's so weird that I'll be in my late twenties in just a few days and it's a little sickening. I don't know how to handle getting older when I still feel a little bit like a teenager.

November was a good month, it always is. It marked two months at my new job so I'm adjusted and getting the hang of everything. The holiday season officially began which always puts a smile on my face. My Christmas tree has already been up for over a week and I love it!

Disney + launched, bringing me to a nostalgic time and place and there was a new Weight Watchers plan introduced. I saw the Jonas Brothers for the 8th time in my life and Frozen 2 was released in theaters. It was a busy and exciting month for my pop culture-loving self and now we're headed into Christmas. It's going to be a great last month of this decade.

I also tried a lot of new items that I simply couldn't get enough of this month!

Stoney Clover Lane Pouches

I've known about Stoney Clover Lane forever but it wasn't until a few months ago that I actually purchased my first one. Since then, it has been downhill. I am addicted to these pouches and the company in general. My sister went to their NYC sample sale earlier this month to buy me birthday presents, I purchased one of their Lele Sadoughi headbands, and I'm planning on splurging on Black Friday AND making my way to their NYC Pop Up Shop. I love the story of the brand (listen to Kendall on the 'Be There in 5 Podcast' and I'm obsessed with their social media. I cannot get enough of Stoney Clover Lane!

Oversized Luxe Hampton Throw

This blanket has been everything to me lately. I saw it as a Today's Special Value on QVC earlier in the month and simply couldn't resist it! I was in the market for a new throw and this one is super soft, very warm, and just beautiful on your bed or couch. The red plaid (which is what I have) is the ideal Christmas blanket but if it's not your vibe, there are plenty of other colors and patterns!

CeraVe PM Moisturizer

I've been having a lot of trouble with my skin this month. I had an allergic reaction to something I ate and my skin broke out in a rash, was very hot, leathery and bumpy. My eczema has also been flaring up with the cold weather coming through so my dermatologist recommended CeraVe. I picked up the CeraVe PM Moisturizer this month and have been loving it. It's a simple, no-nonsense moisturizer that is perfect for dry skin. It's a little on the lighter side but it gets the job done; I even wear it during the day!

What were your favorites this month??

My other favorite month is coming to an end and that means two things:

1. Christmas is so soon
2. My birthday is tomorrow!

I love November more than October because of Thanksgiving, the start of the Christmas season and my birthday! I love that November is my birthday month and I really love that it's at the end of the month... I'm not sure why!

This was a good month and I'm sad to see it go but I felt like I accomplished a lot and it just made me feel really good! I'm hoping December will be even better and then it's time for a full fresh start in 2019.

As much as I love the month of November, I didn't have too many favorites; just a few essentials I've been loving and 2 out of 3 are old favorites!

*If you're curious about my beauty favorites, head to my beauty favorites post. Spoiler alert: It's mostly Charlotte Tilbury products!

Kiss Instawave

I did a post on this years ago after Kiss sent it to me and I loved it so much. I always wanted luscious curls but couldn't figure out how to properly use a curling iron. When the Instawave came into my life it was a true game changer. I was able to get the most gorgeous curls with hardly any work or effort. Well, my mom, sister and I used that thing until last year when it broke so I literally went out and bought another one because I couldn't be without it. I've been using it obsessively lately (I feel like I always like curled hair better in the Fall and Winter) and I just had to mention it! It's a great Christmas gift for yourself or someone else so I highly recommend!

Tory Burch Gemini Link Tote

I talk about this bag from time to time but sometimes I forget about it. However, this month I rediscovered it in my collection and fell head over heels again! There is a reason I bought one for my mom last year and a reason it's a Tory Burch best seller and constantly recommended! This is the best-structured tote around, and it has great material for easy cleaning. It's lightweight and fits nicely on your shoulder, especially over a bulky winter coat. It's also under $200 so you can't really beat that. I have my eye on another color, maybe the burgundy, white or pink -- also, you can get it for under $140 right now on Nordstrom and a variety of other retailers.

Barefoot Dreams In The Wild Throw

I mentioned this blanket in my Gift Guide for the Homebody and said it has been on my wishlist for some time. Well, I finally purchased it this month and haven't looked back. It's so cozy and makes me feel so chic at the same time. It's definitely pricey which is why it's a good gift or an investment. One complaint I do have is that it sheds a lot and it's annoying to have little pieces of black all over my bed and carpet. This particular blanket has been hard to find lately but you can get it on Barefoot Dream's website.

Come back here tomorrow for my special birthday edition of the Royal Round Up and probably a surprise or two ;)

I always get sad at the beginning of December because my favorite season is on its way out. I feel like once December 26th comes, I have nothing to look forward too. My birthday, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are gone and it's one step closer to Spring. UGH

But November was a good month and I think it went at a decent speed. Thanksgiving was great and my birthday yesterday was really good, it felt like my birthday for the first time in a few years.

The one thing I failed at this month? No Buy November. I not only failed but I failed miserably. The Black Friday & Cyber Monday deals got to me and I just went insane. December will be different. It has to be. I am overwhelmed with my belongings and I'm starting to get nervous with my finances.

So No Buy December (aside from two more Christmas gifts) is going to be a thing. I am sticking to it this time.

November was good, December will be better. I'm ready for 2016 as well.

November was also filled with lots of amazing products and services that I couldn't stop using.

1. Anastasia Beverly Hills Self Made Palette: I love that none of Anastasia's eyeshadow palettes are permanent and every few months we get a new one to lust over. I've been waiting for the right palette to splurge on, espeically because all of her palettes are under $40 and the moment I saw the Self Made Palette, I knew I needed it. I went to the Sephora near work the day after seeing it and grabbed the last one off the shelf. I was in an eyeshadow funk before buying this but this restored my faith in eyeshadow. I wear eyeshadow every day now and have really gotten comfortable doing different looks that are outside my comfort zone. The shadows are super pigmented, buttery, soft and smooth. If the colors are colors I like, I will for sure be buying her palettes in the future!

2. Lilly Pulitizer Agenda: I spoke about this earlier in the month and I traded in my ban.do planner for my beloved Lilly one. Since getting my planner, I've felt totally more like myself. I plan accordingly, I get a lot more work done, and I just feel more organized. The print is so 'my print' and I've fallen totally back in love with Lilly Pulitzer.

3. Becca Champagne Glow Palette: Another palette, but how could I resist? I Instagrammed this palette when I got it in the mail and honestly, I haven't stopped using it. I was also in a little bit of a highlighter rut but this changed everything. I already knew I loved Champagne Pop by Jaclyn Hill but having Pearl & Blushed Copper is such a nice little package deal. I like to mix Champagne Pop & Pearl together (Pearl is the white highlight) and I use Blushed Copper as a sparkly blush; it adds the perfect amount of sheen and glimmer to your cheeks. This is also such a great travel palette! (The palette isn't available anymore but you can still get Champagne Pop here)

4. Poshmark: I talked about this handy little app two years ago but I just rediscovered it and I'm addicted. I love the thrill of selling items and getting paid for virtually doing nothing. I decided to start selling my old, unused items because I was feeling so cluttered. I now feel so much better knowing I'm slowly getting rid of stuff! I really need to look through my draws and closets to find some more things to sell but I'm doing good!

5. Mint: I won't go into too much detail since I did an entire post on this app this month but my goodness, it's changing the way I think about money... even though I did fail at No Buy November!

I'm sure there were other items I loved this month but these were by far my favorites!

What were your favorites this month? Happy December everyone!

I am so sad to see November go. Just like October, November is one of my favorite months. It definitely wasn't an easy month, as I've previously said. For some reason, I couldn't get a grip on my mood but I must say, within the past week or so, I've felt a lot better.

It really is such a pain to not feel like yourself, to wake up every day and just not be in a good mood—for no reason. I'm always thankful for the days when I do feel good and can see all the happiness in my life.

Anyways....November was meh but still one of my favorite months thanks to Thanksgiving and my birthday. My birthday was on November 30th and it was just meh. I spent the day hungover and at home, alone, but nonetheless, my birthday "week" was fun with friends and family.

I'm sad to see November go but happy to welcome December. I hope this month goes slow because I just love the Christmas season and I want it to last forever!

Let me stop rambling and dive into my favorite things about November.

Candles: This is a weird favorite but I'm seriously obsessed. Right now I have about six candles lit in my house. If I'm home, a candle is lit. My mom bought me holiday scented candles for my birthday and I was overly excited about them. I can't wait to go to Bath and Body Works and TJ Maxx this weekend and get some more.

Vaseline Rose Lip Therapy: My skin has been taking a beating this month. I usually suffer from dry skin but this is just excessive. My hands, eyes, lips...everything is just so dry. I've been experimenting with different products and I finally got my hands on the Vaseline Rosy Lips. I never use Vaseline because the consistency just isn't my favorite but this is pretty great. I wear it at night or at a home sans makeup and it gives my lips a great rosy tint and keeps them moisturized.

Maybelline Dream Fresh BB Cream: I've had this product for a while but never used it that much. I associate BB Creams with the summer time and I was too tan to use this shade during the summer months so it's kind of just been sitting on my desk, unused. This month, I wanted to try to give my skin a break from foundation because I've been breaking out a lot so to still have some coverage on my face. In comes this gem and I'm obsessed. I apply it with my beauty blender, set it with my other new favorites Maybelline FIT Me Powder or  Bare Minerals Original Foundation and it gives me the perfect flawless, simple skin finish.

Maybelline Creamy Matte in Daringly Nude: I mentioned "Touch of Spice" a few months back and treated myself to another Creamy Matte shade. I've been meaning to get my hands on a simple nude shade that is perfect for everyday wear and I think I found it. I have to make sure my lips are super moisturized before application but it's such a simple, lovely shade, I haven't worn much else this month.

Printables: This is another weird, random favorite but I've been obsessed with those free printables you find on Pinterest or that blogs offer. I've printed out so many I feel like I need a binder to keep them altogether. From holiday lists to blog planners to bill planners, I've printed out so many. Here is one of my favorite places to get printables.

iPhone 6: I got my new iPhone 6 at the end of October and I've been obsessed. I was worried that it was going to be too big and I wouldn't like it but I was so wrong. It's so light, the screen is the perfect size, and it runs so fast. I'm in love and I wonder why I didn't want it in the first place.

Honorable Mention(s): Christmas trees, Christmas movies, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, Michael Buble Christmas album and EVERYTHING CHRISTMAS!

Unfavorite: STUDENT LOANS. I got my first student loan notice this month and oh, it's not pretty. #postgradproblems

Cheers to a better December and Christmas spirit for the next 24 days!

What did you LOVE in November?
