Since becoming a Chloe & Isabel merchandiser at the beginning of the year, I haven't talked that much about it. Ever since my dad passing away back in March, I've kind of fell off the Chloe & Isabel bandwagon. I was busy with work, and then moving, and it just was the last thing that I was thinking about.

Now, they just released a new collection and it's gorgeous! The moment I saw it, I fell in love.

Rose gold, dainty pieces, crystals... it's the perfect collection to transition us into the fall season.

I wanted to post about it here because I feel like it's right up our alley... you know, you and me.

It's very girly, chic, and elegant but still wearable for everyday.

Here are some of my favorite pieces.

PS: Before we get started, I want you to know that when you shop, this month only, you get $25 in jewelry credit when you spend $50. So basically, spend $50, and you get $25 back in credits to be used later. That's a sweet deal.

Also, if you didn't realize it, I get a percentage of sales because I'm the merchandiser. You can only shop C+I through a merchandiser... FYI

If you have any questions about the jewelry, please email me! (For C+I purposes, use brianaluca@gmail.com)

I'm really feeling this type of jewelry for fall.... is it here yet?!

What is your jewelry style for the upcoming fall season?

Another week has come to an end... and I have to say, this was a good week and it went by pretty fast. There's a lot happening in my life and it was around this time last year that I felt a huge rush from the universe. A rush that was telling me things were about to change and I feel that way right now.

Maybe it's the Spring season upon us that forces us to feel like things are changing all around us but I always get this feeling around this time of the year. And maybe that's why I hate Spring so much, because I hate the change that comes along with it.

Fall feels like a beginning, Spring feels like the end.

Hm... that is a good article/blog post idea, isn't it?

With all the talk about change, something big did change this week! I opened up my own Chloe + Isabel shop! I've been thinking about this for months and took the plunge. I have always loved the idea of owning my own business and I thought this was a good start!

You can shop it here and I'll try not to flood every blog post with Chloe + Isabel jewelry but I am very excited!

Now enough of that, lets get into the links of the week!

All the new releases at Sephora have me super excited

There is a Hogwarts IT guy on the Internet and it's incredible

These bad boys come out on Sunday & I AM SO EXCITED

What did you love this week?

Sunday afternoon I decided to get out of the house and head to the mall. I haven't been in a while and I knew I wanted a few things that I didn't want nor could I order online.

I never go to the mall a lot because it's a good half hour away, and I always feel like it has to take up an entire day. When I was younger, and I'd go shopping with my mom, we'd be at the mall for up to 4 hours. It was an all day thing that left you exhausted, and usually in tears after fighting with my mom and/or sister.

Now that I'm older, I can relish in the fact of taking the car and doing my shopping in under an hour. I knew exactly what I wanted and went to a few stores, and got what I needed.

I did roam around the mall a tad bit, heading into Forever 21 to browse, and then I found Mecca. On the bottom level of Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island, next to Sephora (which I resisted THANK GOD) and Nordstrom, is the first ever BaubleBar store.

I knew it was there and I meant to see where it was but then I forgot once I got there. Hence why I was pleasantly surprised when it just kind of appeared.

I walked in and ugh, it was amazing to see the baubles in real life as opposed to shopping them online.

It's a small store, but has enough baubles stocked that there's something for everyone. It was adorable and chic, in true BaubleBar fashion and I kind of never wanted to leave.

I didn't buy anything because I was on a mission to spend a certain amount of money, and I didn't need any new jewelry -- you'll find out next week as to why ;)

I also haven't been wearing too much jewelry because it's so hot out and I don't like feeling the extra metal against my chest. With Fall coming, however, it did spark my interest to invest in some new Baublebar pieces. I never buy my jewelry anywhere else because they make it so easy. They have everything from chic, delicate pieces, to chunky and trendy statement necklaces. They've expanded their line so much in the 2 years that I've known about them and it's so amazing to see the store come to life.

Here are some pieces that I have my eye on for the fall:

I am a bauble addict. Baublebar is my drug of choice but honestly, any statement necklace will satisfy my craving.

I have too much jewelry for someone who doesn't go out that often but I'll be damned if I leave the house to go to Starbucks and don't have a watch or ring on.

My love of jewelry is something that is not new, I've always been a fan but more recently, as I've started to really come into my own, I've started to experiment more.

As much as I love jewelry, I love subscription boxes even more. When you combine those two loves, you get Rocksbox.

I've been seeing this service all over the blogosphere (as I'm sure you have too) and I was always very intrigued by it. I didn't want to take the plunge just yet because honestly, I can't afford $20 a month of jewelry I can't keep.

However, my curiosity got the best of me and I signed up for a free box after seeing Katey's of Chronicles of Frivolity review (The blog is my everything FYI). I used her special code after taking the detailed quiz and my box was on it's way!

If you don't know, Rocksbox is a subscription service that sends you 3 pieces of high end jewelry a month, based off of a quiz you take before you sign up. It's $20 a month and you get to keep the jewelry for that amount of time.

At the end of the month, you can send the pieces back or buy them for a discounted price. The next month, you get a brand new box with new pieces and so on and so forth.

After you take the quiz, you are presented with a few different options that you can add to your wishlist. This helps your stylist(the person who puts your box together) find the perfect fit for your box.

I was really excited to see what was sent to me and so pleasantly surprised and awestruck when I opened the box. The pieces were gorgeous! And the way the box is packaged is so cute, definitely a nice touch. I appreciate good packaging in all aspects so its always an added bonus.

I received a delicate bracelet, a pair of stud earrings, and one of the most gorgeous statement necklaces I've ever seen.

The statement necklace was from Perry Street and it was the Jane necklace; as you can see it was gorgeous, blue flowers. I wore this to work one day with a plain black sweater and black jeans and it really just pulled together the whole look. I really considered buying this but I may find something similar with a smaller price tag.

I don't wear earrings too often so I thought this would be a good way to force myself too but eh, no such luck. The earrings were gorgeous, delicate gold studs by Gorjana. They were called the Pristine Circle Stud Earrings and they were really nice, just not on me. I don't know what it is but I hate the way my ears look when I wear earrings.

The cuff is something I wore almost everyday and I know I will be buying something similar to this soon. It was the Pave and Pearl Cuff from Jules Smith and it was stunning. A simple, thin cuff was so comfortable to wear daily, and it dressed up even the bummest of outfits. I was obsessed with this piece.

Altogether, I was so happy with the jewelry in my box and was so sad when I had to send it back.

Ultimately, as much as I loved the pieces, I cancelled my subscription. It's not worth it to me at the moment to spend $20 a month on jewelry that I can't keep. The idea is awesome and maybe in the future, when I have the extra money this will be something I really consider.

What's your thought on Rocksbox or any other fashion/accessories subscription service? Tell me in the comments!
