Revlon Appreciation

I have never been a huge makeup gal; I love my makeup but it had never been my top priority in leaving the house.

Over the past few months, I have been getting more into makeup and the products that are offered.

I'm more into drug store makeup because it's within my budget and I feel that you can get great products for a reasonable price.

I'm still learning so I'm not 100% sure on what is considered good makeup and what isn't but I know what I like.

What I do like is Revlon. I've only tried a few of their products but from what I have purchased, I know that this brand and the quality of makeup is wonderful.

I have four products in my possession by Revlon and those are:

1. Just Bitten Kissable Balm Stain in Precious: This is a perfect mix between a balm and a gloss. It's definitely more of a balm and has a minty feel as you apply it. The Precious color is a light pink with a hint of brown. I was always hesitant of pink glosses and lip sticks because I feel as if it washes me out but this is the perfect shade and has a hard consistency so it doesn't feel sticky.

2. ColorBurst Lip Butter in Creme Brulee: Can I just say that I never wear lipstick. I always want to and every time I apply it, it looks hideous on me. I don't know what it is but I've tried multiple types and it just looks funny on my lips. This Lip Butter is the complete opposite of that. It feels like lipstick with a bit more moisturizing undertone. It goes on like a lipstick and has the texture of one but it looks fabulous on! The Creme Brulee color is a beige/nude color. It does not wash my skin out and is noticeable, it's not too light. I will swear by this product for the rest of my life, it's amazing!

3. ColorBurst Lip Butter in Brown Sugar: I loved Creme Brulee so much I knew I needed another color. I just bought the Brown Sugar shade and I think I might even love it more. It has the same texture and consistency but the color is more bold. It's still not overpowering but it is darker and a more rich shade of brown. I can't even explain how much I love it!

4. ColorStay Under Eye Concealer: I usually use E.L.F's concealer because it's cheap and it works pretty well but I was down to my last drop and really needed a new one. I decided to stick with my Revlon addiction and purchase the ColorStay Under Eye Concealer. I chose the medium shade and it works pretty well. It's definitely stronger than the E.L.F concealer and it covers you pretty well. My skin isn't so bad so concealer might not be necessary for me but I do like this concealer.
